Gigi Butler, Founder of Gigi’s Cupcakes, Addresses PCC Culinary Students

The Pueblo Community College Foundation was delighted to welcome Gigi Butler, Founder and Culinary Creator of Gigi’s Cupcakes, to Pueblo April 2 & 3.  Ms. Butler was the keynote speaker at the 2015 Mingling & Mocktails event on April 2 and stayed the night to visit with the PCC Culinary students, advisors and others at a VIP Breakfast on April 3.

Ms. Butler shared her story of creating the country’s largest cupcake businesses from ground up and everyone who attended both events were truly inspired by her success story.

The Pueblo Community College Foundation was most honored to play a part in this program of academic excellence for the students of Pueblo Community College and will look forward to offering more programs of this type in the coming months.
